A Great trip to Crete (Replies: 0 )

Hi All

I am now just back from Crete where I travelled with fellow C2T member "Jules" and it has to be said that we both had a cracking time -- So thank you C2T for enabling us to get in touch with each other !!!! We Both had a Really good break and enjoyed Crete immensely. The Minoan splendour of Crete (Replies: 0 )

Being passionate about history and archaeology, I have always wanted to visit the island of Crete. I couldn't find a suitable travelling companion though, having tried for several months to get up a little interest. Eventually I managed to persuade my daughter to accompany me, and she is now a complete convert to the delights of ancient splendours!

Romania - Mountains, Plum Brandy, Dracula and Good Memories. (Replies: 0 )

I had never intended to visit Romania, instead trying to book a trip to Borneo to spend a little time with the orang-utans; but lack of flights and also at the time, funds, led me to find an alternative at very short notice.
